We created bespoke menus to suit the London Eye's unique capsule hospitality requirements. These include: canapés, finger food, breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and cheese boards; along with seasonal packages.
Our menus have been designed to take into account the constraints imposed by the delivery and service operation of this moving venue, whilst maintaining the high level of quality.
This service utilizes a unique stacking tiffin system to store, transport and present the food. We have recently worked in conjunction with the London Eye to develop a new improved flight case system, which will be used later this year.
